  Placed an order online with them. Got sent a delivery date. Nothing shows up. Rung them and got another delivery date. Nothing showed up. Rang them a 3rd time and this time another completely different story as to why it hasn't been sent out. Useless. Cancelled order and now waiting for refund. I wonder how many days I shall be waiting for the refund for.

  Some of the worst Customer service going. They never ever answer their phones!! How are you supposed to deal with them. Then you get a terrible women with no skills at all making non stop excuses. I’m not surprised at the numbers of 1star reviews on google. They never answered my emails either. Oh well sounds like I’ve had a near miss and with my camper business setting up they’ve had a big loss as I need more trailers. I suggest you send your receptionist on a customer care course. Oh by the way don’t put huge discount on a trailer only to get us ringing thensay it’s not in stock. We aren’t stupid ok. Will be taking a drive somewhere else to spend my money. You have been warned.!!!!
